Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  2. All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included;

  3. A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required;

  4. Items labeled as final sale, clearance, or customized are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions;

  3. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the shipping receipt for reference.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping fee.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email about the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider;

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable;

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will verify the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
